CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer Satisfaction begins with customer service. Taylor Upstate has focused all of our resources to provide the highest level of customer support to the Upstate New York area. We have implemented programs such as Turbo Charge Training; a telephone troubleshooting line; competitive warranty programs; and an automatic mailer program for parts replacement.

Service technicians are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. After 4:30pm or on weekends our friendly answering service will respond to your call, and promptly locate a service technician to speak with you. In addition, we maintain a fully equipped test and repair shop. Complimentary training for our customers and their staff is always available.
