Yes — with one important condition. Taylor Upstate will service any Taylor machine that contains genuine Taylor OEM parts throughout. If your machine has aftermarket parts installed by a previous service provider or non-authorized dealer, we cannot service it, as doing so would compromise the integrity of the repair and could create food safety and warranty issues.
