  • Certifies that all information provided is true and complete.
  • Agrees to abide by our standard terms: net 30 days from invoice date.
  • Agrees to pay finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on past due amounts.
  • Agrees that all invoices are due and payable according to terms regardless of any disputes (disputes must be reported in writing within 10 days of invoice receipt).
  • Acknowledges that credit terms may be modified, suspended, or revoked at the sole discretion of Taylor Upstate.
