The Taylor C722 is Taylor's twin twist countertop soft serve freezer — two 2.8 qt. (2.7 L) freezing cylinders, a three-spout door, and a simplified stainless steel mix pump. Door & Beater Assembly

The highest-wear components on the C722. Scraper blades, driveshaft seal, front bearing/shoe kit, and draw valve O-rings all have scheduled replacement intervals. Inspect blades at every daily cleaning — replace both if either is nicked.

Three C722 parts must never be lubricated: The red piston O-ring (Item 4 inner), the pump valve cap O-ring, and the pump valve gasket (Figure 4-3, Item 2). All other O-rings and the driveshaft body should be lubricated with Taylor Lube (047518).

X69928-14S Pump A.-Mix Simplified S.S.

The C722 uses a simplified stainless steel mix pump assembly specific to this model — the pump cylinder, piston, adaptor, and feed tubes are all different from the C712. Do not substitute C712 pump parts on the C722.

The red piston O-ring (Item 4) and the pump valve gasket (Item 2) must NEVER be lubricated. Lubricating these two parts causes the pump to lose overrun pressure, resulting in inconsistent product texture and incorrect mix draw rates. All other pump parts should be lubricated with Taylor Lube (047518).

C722 Tune-Up Kit (X49463-97): All quarterly and semi-annual C722 wear parts — scraper blades, driveshaft seal, door gasket, O-rings, pump gasket — bundled at significant savings vs. individual parts. Brushes

All four brushes ship with a new C722. Each brush is designed for a specific part of the machine — using the wrong brush risks incomplete cleaning and failed bacterial count inspections. Inspect at every cleaning and replace when bristles are bent, splayed, or missing.
